Hartley is a village and civil parish in the Sevenoaks District of Kent, England. The parish is located to the south of Gravesend. Its parish church, part of the united benefice of Fawkham and Hartley, is dedicated to All Saints.

The village of Hartley is a large modern development around the old village centre, bringing the village to be almost contiguous with Longfield, to the north.
